How it Works
What you need now is ease. We’re here to help you simplify the process as you begin your journey.

Step One
We offer free 15 minute phone consultations. Fill out this form or call our office to schedule a time to speak with your preferred counselor and see if they’re the right fit for you.

Step Two
When you’re ready, register on our secure portal. It will walk you through the steps of completing all necessary paperwork and allow you to schedule a session wherever you see an opening on your counselor’s calendar.

Step Three
Your path to healing has begun, and getting started is the hardest part. Working together with your counselor - you don’t have to do it alone anymore.

Initial Intake Session
LPC: $185 | 50 minutes
Associate: $135 | 50 minutes
Student: $65 | 50 minutes
Ongoing Individual, Couple, or Family Sessions
LPC: $175 | 50 minutes
Associate: $125 | 50 minutes
Student: $55 | 50 minutes
Group Sessions
$100 / person | 110 minutes
Insurance
While we do not currently take insurance, we are happy to provide superbills for you to submit with your insurance company for out-of-network benefits.

Either one. When you register on our secure portal and go to schedule an appointment, you can select an office visit, online video call, or phone call from the drop -down menu. Just let your counselor know if you need to change for any reason.

We do not offer sliding scale pricing, but we do partner with local churches and organizations to partly or fully fund their member’s counseling journey. Ask your church or referring organization if they participate in this partnership.

Any session changes within 24-hours of your appointment time will be charged the full fee. Please speak with your counselor as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
